Kidz
in the Biz is an outreach program to service organizations and the general
community. We provide show-stopping entertainment as a community service!
The Kidz in the Biz members are from the Naperville and Lisle area and range in age from 13 - 17. Since its inception nearly six years ago, the Kidz have performed at area nursing homes, libraries and community events. They average 1 - 2 performances a month with additional monthly rehearsals.
Here are just a few highlights of their many achievements:
- In 2005, the Kidz in the Biz was awarded the Pillar of Caring by the
Character Counts committee in the town of Lisle.
- In 2006, they traveled to London to spread their mission of community
service.
- The Kidz in the Biz recently performed at the Comedy Shrine in Naperville in the production of "Snoopy", which raised $1000 for Snow Valley Nursing Home.
Their deep commitment to community service has resulted in nearly 100 local performances over the past six years.
